Labour accommodation is the part of an operation that gets scrutinised hardest and budgeted for least. We work the Fujairah blocks daily — Al Hayl, Siji and Al Thouban — and know which ones actually meet the standard rather than merely claiming to.

Every block we place is inspected before it reaches your shortlist: ventilation, occupancy per room, kitchen and ablution ratios, fire provision and the condition of the mess. If a block fails on any of those, it doesn't get offered.

We handle the whole engagement — negotiation, contract registration, municipality approval and the utility connections — so the first intake can move in on the date you planned rather than the date the paperwork allows.
